The Lhasa
Apso - Moving
This dog is a three year old male Champion
retired
from the showring.
Notice that on a loose lead he holds his neck at approximately 45
degrees to the horizontal, and has equal reach and drive fore and aft.
He has no wasted motion in the rear, recovering the rear
foot, without
excess "kick up", immediately after full extension on the ground. Also
note the lack of vertical "bounce" of the topline and hindquarter. THIS
is balanced, efficient movement in a Lhasa Apso. DiscussionTo
